Hey Joe,
FOr the HSC do we really need to know about the twin paradox? Because I couldn't find it on the syllabus doc....

I don't have a copy of the syllabus and don't teach high school physics. Perhaps one of your fellow students or a teacher will answer.

Having done the HSC course, I recall seeing questions involving the twin paradox in past papers. Therefore I'd advise you to learn it.
It's something that you should understand anyway if you know relativity well enough.
